Announcements
The SDHS Track Team - Olympian Hurdles Coach Joins Coaching Staff - Shelia Burrell is a former 2000 and 2004 Olympian in the women's heptathalon. She will be joining the SDHS track & field program as the hurdles coach. Shelia was also the 5 time U.S heptathlete champion and All America while attending UCLA.

Former USA Youth Track & Field Association President Joins Coaching Staff- Roland Morris is a sprint coach for the legendary youth track club " Alexander's Lightening Express Track Club." He is the coach that was responsible for training Tanyshia Ridley(SDHS's record breaking 110 meter hurdler and long jump record champion) as a youngster. Coach Morris just completed his term as the president of USA Youth Track & Field Association.
